Holder refuses to press charges against Corzine and MF Global - HIS FORMER CLIENTS!

Looks like the most transparent administration in history has refused to press criminal charges against any of the officers of MF Global and specifically will NOT be pressing charges against MF Global CEO and Obama bundler and former Dem Senator John Corzine.

For "some reason" the govt is going to pursue civil action, not criminal action even though $1.6 Billion of customer funds remain unaccounted for. I've also seen reports that key sign-offs from corporate officers for federal business regulation compliance weren't signed off or improperly signed off on.

But this may explain it better: MF Global employed the Eric Holder's law firm. WOW. Why isn't the media all over this?

MF Global's Treasurer is being repped by Holder's best friend.

HuffPo is almost APOLOGETIC for the relationships and ends on this paragraph:

This isn't to say it's a good thing for the Justice Department's leaders to have such close Wall Street ties. It's not, especially when the government has brought so few fraud prosecutions related to the financial crisis. Whoever wins the presidential election this fall, here's a suggestion: Find an attorney general who doesn't have these kinds of connections. It would go a long way toward restoring Americans' faith in the justice system.

Somehow MF Global client's accounts are expected to be "made whole." I wonder how much money that's going to cost the avg US taxpayer?

Holder should be impeached, tried, and imprisoned. He is the most corrupt AG since John Mitchell. In fact, he makes Mitchell look like Saint Peter.

Why Can't Obama Bring Wall Street to Justice?
May 6, 2012 1:38 PM EDT
Despite his populist posturing, the president has failed to pin a single top finance exec on criminal charges since the economic collapse. Are the banks too big to jail—or is Washington’s revolving door at to blame? Peter J. Boyer and Peter Schweizer investigate....

Strikingly, federal prosecutions overall have risen sharply under Obama, increasing dramatically in such areas as civil rights and health-care fraud. But according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, a data-gathering organization at Syracuse University, financial-fraud prosecutions by the Department of Justice are at 20-year lows.

Impossible to defend the indefensible.
Obama is a crook, Holder thinks he is the consigliere.
