If you go to the CL Adult Gigs section Max is always recruiting. The funny part is that there are constantly follow up posts about his "auditions" and stating all sorts of personal information about him - being on parole, etc, etc.

I don't know if it's true or not - could be one of his former girls being spiteful. What I do know is that I don't trust an agency that was so vocal for so long, disappears for a while right around the time the new vice unit launched, and then comes back even more vocal than ever.

When I posted he was on parole, and what it was for, it was deleted. Was told doing so was outing him, but I never gave his real name. As long as his real name isn't given we should have the right to report on threat information regarding providers or other members. Actually I think we do.

If someone is truly on parole for for a felony offense then they already have a LE presence in their life on a regular basis.

They are not afforded the same protections someone not on parole is. Their world is an open book at any time any LE wants to screw with them for the most part.

They, their cars, their homes etc are subject to search at any time typically as a condition of parole..... No warrants... No Probable cause......

So given the choice of doing business with someone that is known to be on parole vs others that are not it would be wise for the informed hobbyist or working lady to choose to do business with someone else.....

Or so you would think?

Carl,

It would be MASSIVELY hard to narrow down from a list of people on probation/parole. I would venture you have close to 1 million people in the state alone.

I have to agree with Whispers - I want to know whom I am dealing with and certainly if there is a history with LE in their life. And I do not want to see someone protected by moderators when they are a risk to every person on the board.
