Question about price for 777

So what I don't' understand is if the total you guys are talking about includes the $60. at the entrance? is it $60. + $140 = $200 or $60. + $60 in the back + $140 tip in the back = $260.

I ask cause I don't want to not know or not have enough $$$. thanks. first timer here.

Total=2 Bones

$60 when the lady first comes in which she will take to the mamasan.

Then $140 when she comes back in for the extra treatment.
