Phone is best for me because it is a sure shot that most appts almost always work. Email goes to phone but is sometimes like a text or picture of a penis....a waste of time
I prefer a phone call (e-mail is my second preference). That way its easier (for me, anyway) to get a feel for the client. In my experience, it is easier to sense if something is fishy with verbal contact and to find out if it is bs and if so, to what level.
I used to get TONS of emails! But in the last year, I've noticed my phone gets a lot of action, text, and calls. I kinda miss getting emails, its like getting a surprise card or letter in the mail instead of the ever present BILLS!
Either one works for me!
