You got that right COG; it is astounding that a sure win Senate seat is likely to be lost because of the hubris of the candidate.............But the blame isn't on Republicans (or Libertarians), it is squarely on Akin.

Todd exemplifies the thinking of the right that is why he is right to continue,because the right is always right.He won't ever take a left turn,will just go around the block...

IMO Akin did nothing more than speak straight down the party line platform .. words could have been different no doubt, but still .......
