If anyone is or knows a lawyers who can file some lawsuit papers I need one. I will pay filing fees and discuss a generous reward for the person coming to my aid. Very standard, I'm just tired of being messed with by this company and the minute the papers are in they will settle.

Sweetie you do not need a Lawyer to file Civil Suit under 5k, you are throwing your money away,
just go Downtown to the Travis County Clerks office tell them you want to file a Civil suit they will hand you the forms fill them out and file,, wont take your more than a hour .

You may be able to file without a lawyer, but lawyers are the biggest form of organized crime in the country. Depending on the circumstances, a lawyer often won't let things settle unless there's another lawyer's name attached. It's part of the lawyer's code to maximize the total amount of money the lawyers collect from their prey.

Check the Travis County Lawyer Referral Service. lrs.com. $20 for an initial 30 minute session. An honest one (

OTOH, if it's going to small claims court, it's easy to do. And you not only don't need a lawyer, you can't have one (certain conditions might allow one).

Lawyers are not the biggest villain gneissguy. Problem is that once you sink in time, filing fees, and other overhead most of these small claims cases are not profitable for the client. OP, pm me your issue.
