I answer my phone to my surprise he can see through the phone. Wow!
His sight was clear as day and he told me I'm black and that he did not want to see me anymore. I had my lights off so maybe thats why he assumed that. <<<being Sarcastic

I doubt he can hack it. Even inside the phone carriers the most they will do is duplicate audio & data and log stuff. That's about it. The person is probably trying to fuck with you. There is a guy that has harassed a few providers so it's probably the same asshole. This could be a female also and could be more than one person keep that in mind.
