That is perfect. I love this post. I'm with you sister.

I was standing at 3005 maple leave in Dallas. Got up about 930 and turned it on for the first time. It was like I was watching some other countries horrible hardship. This morning Patriot played a recording special on that day. I couldn't believe how incredibly moving it was 11 years later. It just gets deeper inside you.

I won't ever Forget.

I knew someone who was there. It changed him forever. It changed the whole country forever.

The Irish say, "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal."
I will never forget!!! Thanks for the thread love!!!

Prayers for the families!!! And also for the ones that were there and survived......I could never imagine the impact it has on their lives!!! Turn the tears into laughter and the sorrow into joy and ease the pain dear Lord, Amen!!

I was sitting in the Hampton Inn on Rosecrans in San Diego doing managerial paperwork. I had NBC on at the time, i initially thought it was a rough movie trailer. Then my boss called me ...

Any time I am the most reasonable person in a hotel you know something is really fucked up.
I was in Vegas on business; didn't get home for a week. Went to Ground Zero in April, 2012, and it was extremely moving.

I am a conservative person and it is rare that I think / agree with Joe Biden but this speech transcends politics. I also did not know of his personal tragedy many years ago.

Landed in EWR about an hour before it happened. Watched it from my hotel across the Hudson River about 10 miles from the TwinTowers.
