I wouldn't trust anything activist hackers post on a website.

They can simply lie and say they did and then post phony tax returns that they have been creating themselves for months.

Romney can deny it and say they are fake, but maybe the only way to know for sure would be for him to release the real ones.

Which would be mission accomplished for the anti-Romney activists.

pretty much my point ... we dont know, who does know? what does it take to disprove this claim?

fodder fodder fodder
Rmoney is not stupid enough to pay the ransom. Now, Rove's PACS could probably figure out a clandestine way to do so without it being traceable.

I am not t a Rmoney fan, however, if there were any truth to felonious activity, wouldn't you imagine the Justice Department would already be investigating?

Neither am I a lawyer but I'm sure Tricky Dicky Nixon and J. Edgar would have already published crap like this if it had been available to their modern day Democratic counterparts.

The only source I would trust would be Anonymous.

The million dollar ransom seems way too small for there to be any truth to attempted extortion.

I think the only way I would believe something like this would be if there is a good reason that the IRS could block an investigation of the rumored non-reporting of foreign accounts for lack of probable cause.

Yeah. I'm sure the Holder Justice Department will be right on this. Sure they will.

You must not be paying attention to any of the posts by SEE3772.

It will only take him about 24-48 hours to post some loopy conspiracy links "proving" that the tax returns released by Romney are fake and his real ones will show that the Mormon Tabernacle Choir is planning a takeover of the Federal Reserve.
