Or it could be a 14 year old boy! I hate texting and it's stated right on my website " I don't text". I too want to hear the persons voice and tone so I can have an idea of what to expect. How they speak to me is very important as well, I want to make sure that they are respectful and can speak full sentences. Talking on the phone and having face to face conversations is going by the wayside unfortunately with all of the technology that is available today. I like to keep things as old school as possible and if you can't speak on the phone with me during screening then I'll have to pass on meeting with you.
Plus texting and driving deaths have surpassed drinking and driving deaths. There is no message that is so important that you can't wait to pull over safely and check it! So many folks think that their SO important that they have to check their messages right then and there! If they just put the phone down and paid attention while driving their messages would accrue and once they arrived at their destination safely they could check them all at once and feel ever so popular!
My point being "Don't Text and Drive Arrive Alive!"
This is my soapbox and I'm not getting off of it!
