From Politico:
Romney’s Massachusetts beat-down
By CHARLES MAHTESIAN | 9/18/12 4:53 PM EDT
"Two new polls out of Massachusetts report that Mitt Romney is on track for an epic loss in the state where he served as governor -- possibly the worst home state beating of any presidential candidate in over a century.
A Western New England University Polling Institute poll released Tuesday reports Barack Obama leads Romney 60 percent to 38 percent, while a Public Policy Polling survey also released Tuesday has Obama ahead 57 percent to 39 percent."
To make matters worse, Romney appears to be losing the state he was born in (Michigan) as well.
Will Romney be the first Presidential candidate to lose his home state as well as the state he was born in, during the same election?
If that were not bad enough, let's add a little insult to injury. The Romney/Lyin' Ryan team are now well behind in Ryan's home state of Wisconsin where it is clearly "trending" Obama.
Whirly, do you hear me now?
The question is now, will Lyin' Ryan be able to retain his Congressional seat or will he be the first VP candidate in US history to lose both the VP and his congressional seat in the same election cycle?
Stay tuned, witnessing history in the making may be fun!!!!!
