What the fuck?
Four donut eaters get caught writing tickets with another officer as a "witness".
Their intent was to build up overtime to make more money.
Makes yhou wonder how many of those 40,000 tickets per month were falsified and the officer listed as a witnes was not actually a witness.
That sounds more like something criminal and not just a violtion of policy.

These donut eaters get a few days off with no pay and will be out doing it again.

That's approximately 333 tickets a day. I say bullshit, cocksuckers would have writers cramps, doing that many tickets. Motherfuckers should go to prison .

I got pulled over the other day on Smith by 1 cop standing in the street with his radar and the other cop on the side street writing the tickets.

So as the cop is standing at my window entering the ticket, a black Jaguar pulls in behind me and I hear the cop in the street, through the walkie talkie say ... "the black Jaguar that just pulled up behind the XXX, ticket him for spinning tires".

What the fuck is spinning tires?

Lets go a little deeper into this. Breaks down to 33 tickets per hour for a 10 hour shift. that's without the freebe 2 hour lunch break, and of course at least a half dozen donut breaks.. that comes to about a ticket written out every minute. and a half. I find that highly improbable . put the cocksuckers in prison, general population, to boot, corrupt lowlife bastards

A couple of homicides and car jackings ought to give them something to do.
