Not sure where to put this so I figure a mod can delete it if in the wrong spot

I prefer someone local for the site and has to be a spinner for the site due to the domain name.

I worked on a site for someone and they retired so I have the domain name etc with the site up and running. No pictures etc for it.

Stupid to have it mainly done and not used. Its already paid for.

This isnt on a free server, it has email, forum and a bunch of other things, can show tour info, rates, pictures, anything you want. Just needs to be a little custom for you. When you email someone it can strip the header of your real IP address.
