They allegedly recorded the sessions.
This is her. If she avoids jail time there's a hell of a future in porn.

It will be interesting to see if the list gets out. We will know powerful locals were on it if it never surfaces.

The client list contains about 100 names. That's 0.1% of a town's population of 100,000.

Oops, that's 1% of a population of 10k. No wonder folks are wearing "I'm not on the list" t-shirts.

It is a misdemeanor crime for the clients. What is the sense in destroying families and ruining business and personal reputations for something that would just be a fine?

The article even mentions that many people in town don't think it should be released because of harm to children, who will be mercilessly teased by other kids.

This article again highlights the stupidity of video taping sessions. It says her boy friend, Mr. Strong, is being charged with 57 counts of invading privacy, so I assume he was some pervert pimp who liked watching he GF get fucked and who also wanted to have leverage over clients for blackmail purposes. Well, not the same video tapes are going to be used to put him and his GF in jail. Serves them right.

If there hadn't been any video tapes or a ledger of sex acts and $$ amounts, there would be no proof of what went on inside the studio. The police raid would have found nothing. Instead, these 2 dipshits provide cops all the evidence they need to get convictions.

One other thing, unless they have phone calls to and from a client, merely having a client name on a phone list proves nothing. In fact, I remember a provider once joking that she might keep a phone book with the names and office phone numbers of as many politicians, high-ranking cops, and big businessmen as she could, evne if she never met any of them.

She figured the list would scare prosecutors and they would drop all charges. Alternatively, they would find so many fake names, they would not be able to figure out which names were real clients.

Misinformation can be more powerful than real information.
The "boyfriend" who owned and operated the business was supposedly also employed as a "private investigator". Apparently he was responsible for setting up the secret video recordings.

If you didn't think private eyes were sleazy folks before, this ought to clear things up.
