Verified Provider?

What does it mean when they are verified but have no reviews?
What are the regulations on who can be verified and how they can be verified?

Look at the top of the provider's ad forum. http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=455283

There are some guidelines, but I believe there's some moderator discretion.

Don't put too much faith in the "verified" tag. Even if a provider gave a good session to 9 guys doesn't mean she isn't going to kill and eat the 10th client.
Wow. That's pretty extreme paranoia even for you. We gotta worry about them killing and eating us now?

If no reviews (guess you mean no reviews here) means she might've been screened in other ways. I was a member here and verified for like 20 months or a bit more before I got my first review lol.... I am verified on date-check, p411 and have many more reviews elsewhere....I got verified so long ago I can't even remember what info they needed.

It needs to be a judgment call on the part of the mods. If it was a simple checklist, the bad guys would simply figure out how to go through the motions.

The mods have a better idea of what's going on than you might think.
