"referral"

Tried to search for answer and came up empty: what exactly is a "referral" on Eccie? Is it similar to an "okay" on P411? Is it a simple yes/no thing that a provider fills out, or is it a more extended narrative review? And just to confirm, providers submit "referrals" for clients, and clients submit "reviews" for providers? Do i have that right?

Nevermind. Searched again and i think i found answer. They're not at all what i thought they were, lol. Apologies.

Ok, so when a person signs up for an eccie account, there's a section on the sign-up form that says something like "if another eccie user referred you to eccie, please enter his/her username below".

So let's say you tell your friend to sign up on eccie, and then he/she enters your username in the section above... you will then get a "referral" added to your profile. Make sense?

Supposedly you then get some kind of perk from eccie for referring a friend, but I'm not sure about that.
