With Obama having one foot out the door (kind of like his position for the last three years) and the end of his regime is near, what do you think he will do with his remaining days? Are you up for a flurry of executive orders or drone attacks on other countries?

Nixon was not convicted of anything unlike Bill Clinton. You do not need to be convicted to get a pardon but most of the time pardons are given after a conviction and time served. It just clears a criminal record but people like Marc Rich just get away a crime.
