The exchanges don't have to be set up by the states if they choose not to.....
preexisting conditions and child coverage to 26 could have been handled by one page of legislation rather than 2700 pages of legislation and 600,000+ pages of regulations....
in regard to preexisting conditions, prior to Obamacare 90%+ of preexisting conditions were already covered through Medicare, Medicaid, and employer sponsored health plans.......
so, what's good about it?
