Wrong name in review heading

A recent review in the independent provider section is of a BP provider named Amber but the heading refers to Angel Therapist, a totally different person. Mods, can this be fixed? OW

I edited out the Personal information based on request sent to me. There is more than ONE Angel Therapist and also totaly diff email addy.
