First trip to Thailand

Am packing for my first trip to Thailand and I had not given any thought to just how bulky condoms are in larger numbers, and how obvious they are in the suitcase. Is this something I should be worried about? It has been like twenty years since I've flown and really have no idea what I'll face in security. Also, for prescriptions as long as my name is on the bottle and matches my ID there shouldn't be a problem there right?

You will not have any issues bringing those items to Thailand. Especially if you have nothing to declare. I bring both and never a problem.
