I realize this might sound border line retarded but I can't get it off of my mind, is there such a thing as an escort's assistant? Basically you'd run around booking hotel rooms, picking up party favors, managing the appointment book, and anything else that she needed you to do. You wouldn't be a pimp, you'd basically be her bitch.
