Need tires asap

Does anyone know of a good place to get new or used tires?
I'm in lees summit and not familiar with the stores here. I'm stuck in my driveway right now.
Douglass Tire, Just about 2 blocks north of LSPD and LSN high school.
I talked to them since their ad came up after searching used tires and after being on hold for a very long time they told me they can't sell used tires.
He also said nobody in lees summit sells them.
I'm checking to see if that's true or if they guy was scamming me.
To get used tires I would need to go outside of lees summit, I wasn't able to locate any here. I decided not to risk the drive and I'm getting new ones on right now.
I will be back on the road again shortly and safely.

New tires are the cheapest best thing you can buy for your car. Not something you want to scrimp on.

Costco is running a good special on Bridgestone. Got mine there. Done quick and without an appointment. Plus you can pick up that Christmas roast while you are there. Or a TV.

Replacing wiper blades is much cheaper lol!
I replaced all my tires with brand new ones and they weren't cheap, just as expensive as new brakes.

Yes, tires can be very expensive (my truck tires are $239 each!). They are also the most frequently overlooked, but most important safety feature on any vehicle. Good tires, properly inflated, correctly balanced allow you to control your vehicle while under durress. A lot of very serious accidents are caused by poorly maintained or defective tires.

Gotta agree with KCJoe....tires are not something you should scrimp on.
Sadly tires are a a must and they are expensive. I just spent $ 800.00 on tires for my truck. It's not only tires, milk may be going to $6.00 , twice the price of gas.

Check Tirerack.com to see how much you were ripped off.

Don't forget to look for "take-off alloys" on Craigslist. People remove the brand new wheels and tires from new vehicles so they can bolt on some bling rims. They don't want them taking up space in the garage and would rather have cash. Buy a whole set that's mounted, balanced, and ready to bolt on right now.

my last set of tires from toyota were "buy 3 and get the 4th for $1".
total $298 + tax, mounting, disposal fee.
