seeing the book pic reminds me
theres a small, home grown fruit and veggie stand on a county road on the way to the lake where I own property, ... during the growing seasons its always stocked and the sacks are usually well beyond full, both melons and sacks of veggies are marked with a crayola and judging from the way the numbers look, were written by a vrey young child or elderly person, I suspect the latter ... in the middle table/s theres an old mailbox just sitting there, somewhat rusted, and used to be attached to a post or something where you to leave your $ .. I always buy something ... if the the table has been picked clean I toss a 5 or 10 in the mailbox anyway, and the mailbox always has a handful of folding $ in it ...
