Obamacare passed. It underwent constitutional scrutiny by the SCOTUS and survived. It's the law. We've got other problems that this dingbat ought to be addressing. You fail to see that there are so many aspects of the Obama-care bill that have yet to be ruled upon. So far the only ruling is that Obama-care is a tax and thus legal under that provision.
