I don't think any of us have questions about the health/safety issues of BBFS...
So, that brings me to my question -- I've seen several reviews that mention something like "CIP and COP, safely of course" and many responses have been that the reviewer was awesome, etc, etc.
My favorite videos to watch are creampie's, so I understand the huge turn-on it is, but maybe you can call me inexperienced or naive, but how can you have a "safe" CIP?

Its safe for the reviewer.
With that said...there is plenty of BBFS going on that no one hears about.
The boards used to be vocal about it in the past but lately its been a hush
subject.
