Eccie Message: connection to 172.17.2.86:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

Under "Statistics" when I hit either one of these links

Find all posts by "membername"
Find all threads started by "membername"

Since sometime yesterday all I get is an Eccie Message:

connection to 172.17.2.86:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

P.S. Just noticed that is also happens in the "Search" functions

That's been happening for a while now .

I'm sure the owners are aware of it and is working on it

How do I tell them anyway?
In general, how do I report these kind of issues?

To the left there is a Contact Us link 9 selections down , that will let you contact administration .

You could also post the question in the National Technical Questions forum. I haven't looked there, but the question might already have been asked and answered there.

Update from Websupport (earlier this week):

"We're aware of the issue and we're working on it. Upgrading the search function actually. Once we bring it back online 100% it will be better than its been in the past."

So we need to be patient as this thing reared its ugly head again today ....
