Traveling and Posting!!

I have a question I travel a lot. Most of the time im not in the same city for more than 2 days. If I wanted to post in a new city every time I get there can I do that? I think it says you may only post 1 time a week am I readying it right or no? Sorry if it sounds crazy new to this site.

You may post one time per 7 days in a forum. That includes Provide Ads and Weekend Lineup in a city.

You may post in up to 5 cities per week.
