P411 without Bcd

P411 is a great source for men and women. I am not sure how anyone can help a guy get on there from just chatting on the phone, emails or anything besides BCD. We need to be safe and helping someone without Bcd is a good way to help Le or a bad person get in the door.

Bad people and LE are probably already on p411. Gina can try to reduce the numbers but statistically speaking LE is present. Some LE hobbyists are definitely on p411. As far as bad people, there was a run a little while back of with a couple of members with a lot of okays doing bad things.
