Biden has been running for President since 1988. No reason to think he won't run again in 2016. No reason to think he won't lose convincingly in the first few primaries and drop out. Just like he has all the other times he ran.

Gingrich has an ego; but nothing the size of Biden...and Biden is dumb as rocks, Gingrich is sharp, smart and a surgeon in the art of the put down. Gingrich is the master of his ego.....Biden is master of "foot in his mouth".
