Which Way Do I Look Better?

With black hair (my natural color and what I have now) or the brown hair with highlight? I was thinking about changing it. Maybe even light brown. What do ya'll think?

This first pic was taken today. And the last two are the colors I'm thinking about.

I like the middle pic / don't like dark haired girls that go blonde .

I think without the glasses, but you have that sexy librarian look with the glasses.

From what i know of you ...i think something with red tones is fitting
