They're getting ready to deal with civil insurrection on a scale we've never seen before. When they cut off the welfare checks the inner cities are going to be literal war zones. Obamaphones and section eight housing are today's version of bread and circuses.
Somethings up thats for sure. Local LE doesn't train with the Millitary, they both have different objectives. So if any of you smell Government induced mayhem, that maybe the scent of the day.
