I am on my way to Rochester today and seriously there are state troopers and cops running radar everywhere. They must be trying to meet their speeding ticket quotas or something.

Yes I have noticed that on my way to PA to Pitts they are all over the place must be behind for the month!!

This is why EVERYBODY should go to court and contest a speeding ticket every time. Overload the court system to its breaking point, and they will stop using bogus speeding ticket enforcement as another means to tax the people.
