Start 2 and progress to 3 and hhr is just oral !
Most definatly #2. I'm learning that most S.A. companions aren't a true GFE so I've been settling for GFE-lite. I've had some nice experiences, some even worth return visits, but I'm still looking for my GFE go-to girl.
