Your Yahoo Email Account Is Compromised !!!!!

Earlier this week I received Group Spam from 2 different providers . On it were quite a few hobbyists I know . Well this morning I received one from Myself , obvious conclusion is my account has been compromised by the first Group Spam . I have complained to Yahoo and they had me change my password to prevent the Spammers from having continued access to my email account . If you have ever received one of these Group Spam emails , change your password immediately !!!!!!

Yahoo went through this exact same issue a few months ago. I received a notice saying some information may have been hacked, and to change my password, which I did. It looks like it might be time to change passwords again, or abandon yahoo altogether...

Yahoo mail accounts have been getting hacked and compromised for some time now. It's bad for hobbling. Gmail seems better.

They had me do it a few days ago as well. second time it has happened in the couple of months...
be careful how you change your password. NEVER use the link provided in the email. Always navigate from their homepage when you receive stuff like this. A lot of times phishing emails are the root cause of eventually compromised accounts.
I hope this is not off topic but speaking of hacking emails what is the safest and best place to have your email from? Yahoo, MSN, Google, ect?

Yes, I got one last week and notified (via text msg) the provider, verifying that it did not come from her. Of course I did not click on the link.

First you do a virus scan and make sure your computer is clean. Then you change your account password. And quit going to those nasty, virus-ridden sites.
Anyone know a virus scan for iPhone 4S ? I honestly don't believe it is cause of my account , because the name on the account being used is from 6+ months ago , I've changed it and checked it and it is not the name being used on these emails . So I believe it is do to providers account being hacked .

Search for something called VirusBarrier. It may be helpful. No promises.
