Where does one buy small quantities of fresh high quality pure chili powder (not a blend) in DFW. Preferably it would be kept in glass jars and you scoop it out yourself.

Central Market , Pendery's in FW. Good weather for chili. There's probably hundreds of different chili powders from straight to blends. I make my own chili paste from different dried chilies.

Thanks for the information. I'll try Central Market on Greenville. I like to buy small quantities because they lose their efficacy in such a short time.
