Fajitas, I've changed my mind.

I have always marinated my fajitas in either milk and teryaki or a corrillo which is citrus based. I tried pounding the skirt steak and putting on a dry rub and lime juice right before I grilled and man was it good. My mind is now open.

What is your favorite fajita recipe?

Lemon pepper and lime.

'Fajitas is like women'. Come in all flavors and everyone's got their personal favorite. Though, I think we can agree, no one likes 'em tough and chewy.
