Creepy People Indeed !

Odd thing happened to me yesterday.... I hear a knock on my door and when I go to answer it, a lady in her mid 40's is standing on the other side waving around a burning torch! With my jaw dropped, she looks right at me and says, "May God help you from the temptations of evil.." I just stare, not knowing how to respond, and she just walks off down the hall. WTF? Then, this morning, as I am leaving to walk my dog, there is a belt w/ a nail shoved through it wrapped around my door handle and pieces of burnt flowers shoved through my door knocker. This shit is getting a little too weird for me.
OMG!

I do believe it may be time for you to move!

At one of the businesses I used to run (in the French Quarters of course), there was a guy who would come in with a y-shaped stick (he called it his rod of God) and he would poke the merchandise looking for evil spirits because obviously Satan had decided to stock the shelves with items that possess people. When we banned him, he moved on to other stores to do the same thing. Just goes to show you, they are everywhere.
Damn, those Jehovah's Witnesses are getting mighty theatrical these days!
I have to tell you, I would seriously think about either moving or calling the cops. That is creepy as hell.
No, i don't take bookings at my private residence. This IS my new place I've just moved into, I can't afford to move again lol. Never seen this lady before. It's a gated community, so, I assume that she may either live here or something, people can't just waltz on in lol it's weird

I would call the police anyway. Neighbor's can be nuts too.

Thats what happens when you mess with the competition, you must be taking her customers,lol.

I agree with folks here, time to contact the housing manager as well as the local pd.
I will volunteer to watch your ass for you.
But on a serious note watch out .

I had a guy this morning that "really took the cake"......He came for his appt....he had a brown bag with him,so I thought it was a gift....He pulled out a Wall street Journal while saying "I brought you something that you can use to be able to have intelligent conversations with your clients"

WTF???? lol!!{just cause i am a redneck texas gal,does not mean that I am not "smart enough to carry on a sensible conversation}
@LA Vixian: Uh uh. You need to call both the police AND the leasing office and let them know that you don't pay that kind of rent to be assaulted by neighbors or anyone else. That's the POINT of the gated community! Sheesh. Stay safe sweets, and call me if you need anything!

@ Dallas: Baby, you should have smacked that guy with the mag. It really chaps my ass when a hobbyist (notice I didn't say "gent" here, lol) assumes only classless, stupid chicks are providers. Some of the ladies I know get this same assumption. Funny how we're the ones who've figured out a way to make money while we have a great time huh! LOL.

You definitely need to alert the police and the people that supply the security where you live. Who knows when one of those flakes will go off the deep end. You might also get a peep hole for your door if the management company will let you. Please be careful
