good time in lubbock

my roomies and i are thinking of coming to lubbock for a few days. when is a good time to come, and we need some nightlife entertainment. what is their to do?

In Lubbock just bars and clubs. Basically you have what's called the depot, which has lots of bars and restaurants. Pretty strung out through the city is different bars. always lots of bands and local talent.
