I've come up with a word that describes me to a T: NYMPHOTOMANIAC.

NYMPHOTOMANIAC: Adjective: " A person who is obsessed with photographing, filming and watching themself perform a wide array of sexually arousing subject matter. "

My question is... am I the ONLY one lurking this naughty corner of the world wide web who suffers from the condition of NYMPHOTOMANIA???

Not actually an adjective by your definition...if you are recognizing yourself as a person afflicted with this mania then it would be a noun.
