How often do ladies lie about their girls?

Not to call anyone out, recently one lady posted on BP she had EEE's, then DDD's. Another on this website claimed she had D's while she has small C's at best, and another who clearly has an A cup posts they are B's, or D's, depending on what post/ad you look at.

How often do ladies do this? Does anyone actually fall for this?

The sad thing is, they're all nice. That one girl that has A cups and claims they're C's, man those A's are so perfect, and they go perfectly with her body.
