With all the Le amp's busts about, could someone tell me exactly what a Le officer
CAN NOT do. I really dont want to explain to the other half why i got arrested.

or what to do to expose a decoy, I know that you dont hand a donation directly to the provider, this kind of info to all hare would be useful to all

I only know "urban legend" type stuff.... which is mostly BS. I am in the same boat as you? How do I stay careful? Stick with reviewed / verified gals seems to be the best way. Anything else is a crap shoot...

AMPS are low hanging fruit for LE. Overall in Asian cultures, a HE is considered a normal finish to pretty much any massage. They don't suffer from Puritanical influences that exist still in the West. Even this can vary over there and here, where some offer no HE while other AMPs are full blown brothels catering to anything you desire. Hence their popularity here in the USA.

LE can also takes advantage of many Asian girls who tend to be very polite, submissive and trusting, who are willing to do whatever you desire by merely asking or nodding your head. This makes them an easy target. In the past we had over a dozen AMPs around Buffalo. Half were FS and the others stuck pretty much to just massage with no extras. LE is kind of limited in what they can do so reading reviews on boards like ours provides them with all the leads they need, on who to go after. Setting up decoys in an AMP would be difficult to pull off convincingly, so they just bust them for some zoning violation or because they lack a NYS massage license.

Rule of thumb, there is nothing the officer can not do.
I realize that there are limits in the extreme. But the LE checks you here about in reviews are a total joke. If a cop wants a bust do you really think showing his junk or feeling a tit 1st is going to stop him? C'mon man.

Most AMP busts are conducted by local LE and result in misdemeanor charges only. However, they can be escalated to much more elaborate operations (involving FBI and Homeland Security) with potential federal felony charges if there is suspicion of human trafficking (real or imaginary) or interstate transport of prostitutes (Mann Act). That was what happened to the Wheatfield proprietor (trafficking) and some of her clients (Mann).

In NY, it is a only a misdemeanor to give a HE (for a fee) but it is a felony to give a massage without a licence.

we can offer up as many answers as you like..regardless...le will do what ever le does..if they want you they are gonna get you regardless the precautions you have in place...stay with ladies that are verified..pt free..that may take a percentage outa you getting a free ride or appearence ticket..
