Review Lag Time ?

Just wondering why provider review posts to hobbyist profile, yet seems to take a week to post to provider profile.
.
My understanding is that the review is automatically attached to the Original Poster's (OP) profile. The attachment to the Providers Porfile is a manual operation that we (Staff) perform as time allows. Sometimes that happens faster than other times.
