Lifetime premium access?

I see a few with that on their avatar, how do I gain that? Do i just post a lot? Like with WU he does not have much reviews but yet still have access, just curios if its possible. I'm nit one to post every session unless it's outstanding or remarkable horrible. So just curious if possible to obtain. thanks
