In regards to Paid Lifetime Premium Access.... You share ROS/ML/PA content other than expressed above you ARE in violation of the forum guidelines and stand you have your PA access REVOKED! You buy your season tickets to the games and you throw a beer on Ron Artest, you lose your seats AND your money. Same applies here. You forfeit your PA because you violated the terms of use of said purchase. You can buy it again once you're back on the board, but you keep it so long as you adhere to the guidelines as stated. Same goes for "Earned PA" from reviews. If you have 6 weeks from a review you JUST wrote and get caught sending out ML info to those who are not supposed to have access, you lose all of your PA.

This the way we are all (the Houston staff) going to treat this moving forward because that is the way we were told by the Admins and Owners to do so. Interpretation of guidelines by the mods is NONEXISTENT when the interpretation is set down by the Admins and Owners on a specific case like this. Once we get THEIR interpretation on a guideline, that then becomes the ONLY one as far as we are concerned in handling it.

its a very long must read thread. As a former member and I sure others still share there review ROS with the provider in the review. I see doing that is wrong. But NOT against the rules of the board.(one can out self deal) Yet doing so can still have very unhappy end.

As now that there is a ruling. But rules posted have not been updated yet. I feel members and mods of this board in NY should be aware of this.

As a WK wanting ta help a gal, can lead to a short vacation for the provider he seems to be trying to help.

So I think it is not wise to share ROS with the provider. As it can get her banned a few days or longer if she makes a slip up and posts that she knows the ROS. A very easy mistake to make.

I'm going to need a month or two to read that thread, if I do, but if I understand correctly, a WK did not get a provider banned, she got herself banned by repeating the information.

I can't imagine not sharing my feedback with a provider I'm seeing again. Don't I want her to know what I like and what could be better? That is neither leaking info nor trying to help her in any other way than to do her job better, directly for me. Should she lack the savvy or awareness to handle that info, she may face repercussions.

She should say, "Clients tell me I need to handle their balls more softly," and not, "I read on eccie that my ball-handling is rough.". But even if it she messes up, it's sounds like she had a chance to fix it.

No way is this a black and white issue though. If I read in ROS my girl is providing CIM, but with me everything is covered, could I be banned for asking, and telling her how I found out? I doubt it.

Thru page 2, and it seems to me there is a prevalent attitude that reviews are expected to be rife with unsharable dishonesty.

Fuck it grew a page on me, 12 now.

Goddamn thing went to 13 before I read page 3. Fuck that. I'm still too new to decipher the personalities. I'll get through it, but not now.

I don't write anything in a review I wouldn't say to the lady. I've had to duck and get dressed quick, but I'm just not smart enough to keep two stories straight. So yeah, I'd tell her mine, but that's it, and all this banter about before or after it was posted or edited is bullshit.

Interesting to me, I was called out in another review, by a former mod, who claimed reviews here were just like reviews of new restaurants. But I don't think restaurants are blocked from seeing their reviews. I under$tand the difference, it makes the call out interesting. To me.

Please do not be sorry! I was honored to be "called out", maybe that's the wrong phrase, but nonetheless, it is clear you are well respected here, and as I assume you are well my senior, with much more experience here, I value your insight. I was not happy with myself that such a person felt the need to tell me the purpose of a review board, however, I didn't think the restaurant analogy was your strongest. Thus interesting to me in this new context.
