Seeking Professional Web Developer

I'm in the process of launching a new site and seeking a professional web developer with (with obviously extensive knowledge of html) to set up a html website template for me on a hosting site.

To be specific, I already have the html coding/design but I need a specialist to set it up for me, make some minor adjustments/additions....
