How Do I Put a Profile Picture with my name? lol

I am sure this is Probably really simple but I can't get it to upload or I am just doing It wrong.
I am trying to get my picture with my name above my handle. Help, please?

Click on User CP on left side.

Click on Edit Avator on left side.

scroll to bottom to Custom Avator, select Custom Avator. Then, upload from your computer.
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).

Shoot, could be worst. I work on Cray Supercomputer last week, and I had no training on them. That was a $20,000 server sitting in a classroom.
