Cash and Dash (Or Short or empty Envelopes), Bait and Switch, Outright Scams…..
Ladies and Gents. It seems there has been a rise in the incidents of fraud in our community, of late.
While none of what we are seeing is new to the hobby, it appears to be coming at an increasing rate.
Ladies, I know that you have been shorted at times – either an empty envelope, a short envelope, a short or empty “gift card” or just not a damn thing left out at the end of the appointment.
Men, I know you have seen many a Bait and Switch – ladies that clearly aren’t the ones in the photo, or if they are, the pics are a good 10 years of date.
The recent rash of outright scams and cash and dash have me at a pause to ask:
How many of us have been victim, and how recent a victim?
While clearly there are reasons why one may not want to report the incident for concern over loss of business or retribution, this poll will simply allow you to vote, anonymously, to measure how frequently this happens.
Feel free to start any discussion you like on the topic below. I would be interested in hearing your worst story….. a true example: I have a provider friend, the “gent” left 3 bills in the envelope all right…. three each, One Dollar Bills….when called back, he said that he “thought they were hundreds”…… yeah, right.
Thanks for your participation in the poll!
Personally I have never been a victim to any of these..But again i do my homework and do my own screening...as i hope the ladys do as well...
Thanks OldSarge, this should be interesting....

What about "robbed or confronted by pimp"? I see that a lot too.
Ok, I guess I'll tell my bait and switch experience. This happened well before I ever found this board, I was going through either BP or CL at the time and came on the ad of a spinner Latina in the Killeen area. Set an appointment based on the pictures that were provided and was expecting the Latina but when I arrived and was met at the door of the incall by a older caucasian well over 250 lbs woman who was definetely not my type. When I decided that I wasn't going to stay left a $20 on the dresser and started out the door that is when all h*** broke loose. She started screaming and two other ladies came out of the bathroom of the hotel room and started yelling at me down the hall. Rather than wait for the elevator, I took the stairs down as quick as I could and left the premises. Luckily, I had a hobby phone number because it was ringing constantly. The messages left informed me that they got my license number to my black Neon; which is funny because I drive a truck. Did change my number to that phone just in case. I've always wondered who owned the Neon and how much grief if any that they may have gotten from those bait and switch ladies.
here recently in Waco a guy I was seeing for a quick session, which I already don't prefer doing but I made the exception this night, was going overtime and having some issues due to excessive partying prior to the session and was upset about me cutting it short (when in reality I let it run overtime bout ten min) and took off with my money and his donation. given this was my mistake for one stashing it infront of him so he saw where it was and two I had a feeling before I went to grab him a towel so I should've intercepted the situation when I thought about it but still, that's my most recent story.
