Can't chat

I recently signed up for premier access and can now access ROS but can't get the chat features to work. Just get black box..any ideas??

If you are using an iPhone download Photon app .
Chat is Flash driven .

Could you CHAT before?
Are you using an Apple product, or is it a PC?
If you are using a PC, have you ran your updates?
