I've started actually eating properly the past month (I normally only eat once a day). I felt horrible. Weak and exhausted all the time. I started eating a diet planned out for me by My Fit Foods. I was with them for almost 2 weeks. My eating habits have changed dramatically. I feel so much happier and healthier. I have lost some weight which I'm very proud of. Luckily my curves don't seem to be going anywhere. So I'm very proudly showing off my new pictures.
Have a wonderful week everyone! Oh and My Fit Foods was awesome. Although they charge an arm and a leg (especially for their snacks)! I do suggest picking up a menu plan though and planning meals from it. Now if I can just get to working out.
