Question about speculating

I saw a provider a few weeks ago and I am about to do a review. She didnt mention it in her ad or in person but I am 99% sure she was around 2 months pregnant when I saw her. Am I allowed to mention it in a review or not?

Then maybe 3 or 4 months, Brooke. She wasn't fat, flabby or anything like that. She was clearly toned and fit, just wider in her stomach. She kept trying to hide it too.

And for the record, I never said I "knew" anything, I clearly said in the subject I was speculating.
